This is an open Social for those who play in or are wanting to join the Meadowmere LARP Community.
The organization's staff deliver updates along with discuss with the group. At this event, please feel free to get to know the other players and feel free to ask as many questions about our game and how it works!
If you have new garb, weapons, or kit that you want checked, please bring it with and we will be happy to go through it with you.

This is a family friendly event, but there are guidelines for younger attendees. These guidelines are put into place for the safety and security of our players and their loved ones. If you have any questions about these rules, please reach out to a staff member for information or clarification.
Ages 9 and Under
A designated adult must be in arms reach of the child at all times. The Adult must be designated by a yellow or orange band. Children must be Orange Banded
Age 10-13
Parent or Guardian on site with signature approval.
Age 14-17
Requires a parent or guardian’s signature approval to participate, but does not have to be on-site, unless the child is staying overnight at the event.
Age 18 or older
No restrictions, they are able to sign documents on their own.
