For this month’s Breakfast Club, we will be shaking things up to get you and your business ready for the year by engaging in meaningful reflection and practical goal-setting, and sustainable habit design to start (and end) 2025 with a bang!
Come out and join us for this workshop over breakfast where Cole Nakatani, one of our Expert Advisors, will take us on a collaborative journey of discovering key lessons from the past year, uncovering collective insights, and identifying new strategies and actions for your business in 2025.

About the speaker and facilitator: Cole Nakatani - Trainer and Coach, Hydra Labs
Cole Nakatani is a social entrepreneur, educator, and certified professional coach dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to create meaningful work and meaningful lives. Over the past decade, he has designed and facilitated transformative learning experiences for thousands of professionals and students around the world, focusing on resilience and building new habits.
Cole has coached individuals across diverse roles and organizations, from startup founders to senior leaders and social enterprises to public institutions. A common thread in his work is to build new capabilities within people so they can be more productive, deliberate and confident in the face of adversity and uncertainty.
Outside of work, Cole is passionate about exploring his edges—whether through meditation and breathwork, freediving deep into the ocean, or trail running through the forests with his flat feet.
