Harriet brings extensive experience in sports development, having worked across grassroots, club, and national levels to increase participation and build sustainable programmes. With a strong background in fostering community sport initiatives, she is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities and long-term pathways for engagement.

Harriet leads club and community development, working closely with the team to grow and strengthen the sport nationwide. Her strategic vision and commitment to accessibility in sport will be key to supporting the handball community to thrive

Session Outcome:

• To contribute to the England Handball’s Community Sport Initiatives
• To experience of project conception phase of NGB working.
• To experience an appreciative inquiry approach.
