Blind Coffee
Blind Coffee is a Social Enterprise based in Roskilde dedicated to balancing high-quality coffee with social responsibility, particularly addressing challenges faced by individuals with visual impairments. Led by Gökhan Koyuncu, who is visually impaired himself, Blind Coffee not only delivers exceptional coffee but also makes a meaningful impact by creating job opportunities for visually impaired people, enabling them to lead active and independent lives.Through collaboration with Denmark’s Blind Youth Association (DBSU), Blind Coffee donates 2.5% of its annual profits to support activities for young people with visual impairments. The company is committed to using the finest coffee beans, sourced from top suppliers worldwide, and roasted with precision in collaboration with a specialized roastery in West Zealand. Blind Coffee proves that quality and social good can go hand in hand, offering customers an opportunity to enjoy great coffee while contributing to a more inclusive society.
REWORK
REWORK is a registred social enterprise, that combines good craftsmanship and responsibility by offering repair and alteration of clothes and producing clothes from recycled materials. The company is owned by Fleur Pearson, who has many years of experience as a tailor in the fashion industry, and for 28 years she has run Outdoor Service, a sewing and repair business specializing in outdoor clothing. REWORK employs refugees and vulnerable citizens.
REWORK wants to change the clothing industry by producing sustainably from residual materials and upcycling discarded products and materials. In addition REWORKE will offer to repair a range of clothes for companies in the textile industry, so more companies can choose to repair their customers’ products instead of replacing them with new ones.
The Consultancy for Social Economy – Konsulenthuset for Socialøkonomi (KhfS)
The Consultancy for Social Economy brings together expertise in social economy, social entrepreneurship, and social innovation. Established by a group of partners with existing collaborations and a shared vision, the consultancy unites their individual competencies to provide comprehensive consulting services from offices in both Copenhagen and Aarhus.
With a broad approach to social economy, the consultancy focuses not only on employment for vulnerable groups but also on addressing social, environmental, and cultural goals aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Their mission is to strengthen and develop the field of socially responsible businesses and products, contributing to sustainable development through cooperation, innovation, and high-quality solutions.
