! So I’m planning nomadic style ride out for a couple days around the beginning of October. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome. Trying to have a follow truck to carry food, tool, and baggage.First day would be the 89a up to flagstaff(i know the route looks different on the picture) and ending around ashfork to a couple of blm land we can camp on.
Second day we would be following the historic Route 66 thru kingman, oatman, and hopefully make it too bullhead city wheee we can find somewhere to camp along the river.
Day three. We would be cutting thru the desert to the mountains as swiftly as safely as we can, from there we would be carving the beautiful mountains thru big bear, lake arrowhead, and the back side of the Hollywood mountains till we get to the beach, then camp out on the beach.
Day four we will be leaving la and riding the coast to San Diego where we can get some amazing Guam food, from there we will be taking smaller highways into the center of socal, we’ll be riding along the salton sea till we come across slab city! We can check out slab city or find some where around there too camp out again or head home depending on how we’re all feeling!
You don’t have to complete the whole ride but I’d love to show anyone who wants to tags along the true beauty of a state when you leave the main highways!
