Kiddies Create! is a creative movement based class for children ages 3 to 5 years old. Kiddies will explore various beginner aspects of dance all while vibin’ out to Soca music!
This is a great introductory class to prepare children to go into whatever dance style they gravitate towards next. In Ms. Ana’s classes you will see that she not only focuses on dance technique, physical strength, and stage presence, but also on encouraging confidence and creativity from within her students. It's important to acknowledge that not all children decide to pursue dance as a career. With that being said, they can still enjoy their time while they dance and gain lifelong skills. This class is great for all kids, ones with high energy who are jumping off the walls and ones that are still breaking out of their shell. Overall, this is a joyful and supportive space for the kids to let loose!

1:15 - 3pm Dance Class
Whether a seasoned dancer, a beginner, or a human who just wants to move, our Choreography Class welcomes anyBODY and everyBODY to explore a fusion of afrocentric movement, whine their waist, be fully immersed in their joy and free, all the while jammin’ to Soca music, one of the great sounds of the Caribbean!
In this choreography class, you will have the space to BE and FEEL full of life. Starting with a dynamic warm-up crafted to wake your body while engaging and stretching your muscles, followed by a breakdown of choreography, and closing with a cool down to reground ourselves, you will be encouraged to let your light shine through. Collectively we will create an environment where we encourage each other from the beginning to the end cool-down, all centered on connecting the mind, body and soul.
Please email [email protected] if you have any questions, concerns, or reservations about enrolling in any of these classes. The SF team will be more than happy to help you pick the best decision for you and/or your child!
