Meet the Founder & Soca Fitness Instructor :
Jinelle Williams is a Trinidadian woman who spends majority of her time empowering individuals through psychotherapy as a LCSW-C.
She is also a powerful Wellness Consultant, who helps individuals to feel empowered and heal through movement, health, nutrition, mindfulness, and sleep improvement.
So, she is curating intentional and unapologetic community, while inviting you to join her on your journey to heal and feel through movement.
