Ever since we became an official nonprofit in June of 2021, we've received the same suggestion hundreds of times over. That suggestion is "Hey, you should work with ROCovery Fitness!".
Coming in January, Sobriety Sounds will be running our first group jam outside of a treatment center. The group jam will be located at Rocovery Fitness on Friday January 9th, 2026 from 6pm-8:30pm.
The format will be loose, being a mixture of instrumental jamming and cover song jams. Fortunately, we've built up quite the list of sheet music. Those who attend will be able to scan a QR code to access our cover song sheet music from their own devices.
