About this Event

A gathering of women identifying folk who are sober, sober curious or allies of sobriety from alcohol. At these gatherings we will practice meditation, breath work, mantra, movement and other spiritual practices to provide you with tools to help guide you on your sober journey. We will explore different topics, share and connect in a safe space. This gathering is a celebration of having a rich sober life, whether you’re on your first step, or started your journey many moons ago. Space is limited, please register in advance.
