Sober Nights is a Friday-night gathering for people choosing sobriety, clarity, and conscious connection—without alcohol or substances.

Whether you’re active in AA or NA, newly sober, sober-curious, or simply living an alcohol-free life, this night is about grounding into community and remembering you’re not doing this alone.

Here at StillPoint Studios, we reimagine what Friday nights can look like. Instead of numbing out, we drop in. Instead of small talk, we connect.

Sober Nights includes a guided 9D Breathwork experience, followed by intentional conversation and relaxed community time.

The breathwork helps clear the nervous system, release stress, and create an embodied sense of presence—no substances required.

There’s no pressure to share, no labels required, and no hierarchy of sobriety. You don’t need to explain your story or prove anything. Just show up as you are and be with others who value clarity, honesty, and real connection.

This is a space to exhale at the end of the week, meet like-minded humans, and experience how powerful a sober nervous system can actually feel.
