Your payment includes:
1 hour of yoga with Jenny, plant-based lunch & dessert, Kombucha, short individual photo shoot with prompts & poses & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.
*Disclaimer: Kombucha is considered a non-alcoholic beverage. Because of the fermentation process of how kombucha is made, a very small percentage of alcohol is created in the fermentation process. It happens naturally and is part of the fermentation process. Other things with similar low alcohol content include juices, bananas & vinegars. Kombucha does not typically cause a psychoactive effect or a buzz - sometimes people may feel a buzz due to the fact that they are low in B-12 and there is a lot of B-12 and vitamins in kombucha. As someone who hasn’t had a drop of alcohol in 8 years we feel this is completely in alignment with what we consider a sober and alcohol free lifestyle and we do not feel a buzz or any feelings of being high off it. Please research kombucha yourself and make the decision for yourself if it is suitable. If you feel that the taste of vinegar and knowing there is a trace amount of of naturally occurring alcohol could cause triggers feel free to avoid it. You are welcome to attend either way.
In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming event/class credits or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
For emergencies or illness, we will give you class credit to a future event/class credit if you have to cancel, to be honored within 30-60 days after the event.
Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat) and water!
You might like to bring beach rafts or blankets, umbrella for sunbathing times, and a beach chair!
I will have setup a tent and more are welcome!
Please arrive to the class site on the beach by 7:45am if you are putting up a tent or umbrella.

PARKING:
Park Mobile pay to park spots
ARRIVE BY 735AM to ensure you get a spot. The lot can be busy on the weekends so this timeframe gives you a better chance.
DIRECTIONS:
Class is by the rock jetty
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the furthest rock jetty (the secret garden)
It will take about 8-10 minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
