The Experience
Immerse yourself in our next pop-up dinner at a stunning Upper East Side townhouse, featuring a nutritious, three-course farm-to-table meal by Chef Nico Laessig. This evening is designed for the sober-curious and wellness-minded, offering an opportunity to explore the exciting world of non-alcoholic beverages.
Each course will be crafted using local, seasonal ingredients, perfectly paired with some of the most popular non-alcoholic wines currently trending. Dishes will also be accompanied by engaging conversation starters that explore holistic wellness - mind, body and spirit.
Coming solo? No worries! Many of our guests join us alone, and you’ll be surrounded by a friendly mix of familiar faces and new friends. We intentionally keep group sizes small to foster a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and included.
The Chef
Chef Nico Laessig is a talented personal chef based in New York City with a passion for high-end, seasonal dining. Trained in classic French cuisine and influenced by his Swiss-German upbringing, Nico transforms simple ingredients into extraordinary meals. He prioritizes organic and locally sourced ingredients to ensure every dish is fresh, flavorful, and sustainable.
