Handmade soaps are an excellent gift for the holidays. Local fiber artist Ginger Stoops will teach you how to make your own cold-processed soap using a simple recipe.
These soap bars have a wonderful, clean feel and excellent lather. Each student will take home their own bars of handmade soap. You can also choose from a selection of natural essential oils, natural colorants, and additions to make your bars unique. All materials and equipment are provided.
This class is for adults only due to working with lye.

Class limited to 8 spots so please preregister to reserve your spot! Call the Parks Department office at 419-522-9801 to reserve your spot. Participants must pay for the class first to be registered.
