Join Katie Wedderstrand, Planetarium Educator, in Root Hall at The Brown (formerly MOAS) as she steps on her Soapbox to discuss the strangest prehistoric animals from the Ice Age! While the Pleistocene evokes images of woolly mammoths and sabertoothed cats, the epoch was filled with diverse and enormous animals. Exploring beyond our home here in North America, join Katie to learn about Ice Age animals from all over the world. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, as space is limited. If registration is full, please call the Museum at 386-255-0285 to be placed on a waitlist with the potential for another time to be scheduled.
Admission: Free for members, $10.00 for non-members, plus the price of museum admission. https://bit.ly/SoapboxTalk_IceAge
