On Wednesday 17th September Fermanagh Ju Jitsu will host WJJF Ireland National Coach and WJJF-WJJKO 1976 International Technical Director, So-Shin David Toney 9th Dan.Sensei David has been my coach since i was a brown belt in 1995 and over the last 10 years i have been bringing him to Lisnaskea twice a year so my students have the ooportunity to train under him too.
The kids classes are always full of fun, games, self defence techniques and plenty of things we don't usually include in our weekly classes.
The adult/teens class has a mix of self defence, joint mobility, traditional ju jitsu, syllabus based techniques, sparring drills and much more.
The sessions aren't just for Fermanagh Ju Jitsu members but also any WJJF Ireland members who would like to visit from beginners to black belts and coaches.
It also counts as a Principal coach session for anyone who is working towards a Dan grade.

Times:
5.30pm to 6.30pm: Juniors red, white, yellow, orange, green belts
6.45pm to 7.45pm: Juniors blue&white belt and above
8pm to 10pm: Seniors
Cost:
Fermanagh Ju Jitsu members: £4 Juniors, £6 seniors (TeamUp)
Visitors: £6 Juniors, £10 seniors (cash on entry but places must be booked in advance as places are limited)
