The Idaho State Museum is partnering with the Intermountain USO and Idaho Veteran’s Chamber of Commerce to present a live show and tribute to Bob Hope’s military performances, featuring singing, dancing, and segments of Bob Hope’s comedy taken directly from his wartime radio and USO shows. The show compliments the final week of the Museum’s exhibition of So Ready for Laughter: The Legacy of Bob Hope on tour from The National WWII Museum. Bob Hope’s epic wartime performances brought joy, memories of home, and connected people around the world through laughter. Join us for a one-of-a-kind nostalgic performance created specifically for this exhibit and featuring local actors, jazz songstress Ellie Shaw, and a special appearance by the Boise Belles.
