So Meat It Be Smoke-Off "The Second Helping"

Save the date for the follow up to this smash-hit District event! Again this year, the 3rd Southern is seeking teams of Masons to show off their smoking prowess. We'll have more details to come very soon.
The event will be open for the public to attend throughout the day. We will have games and prizes, bags tournament, and People's Choice voting prior to the official turn-ins. Proceeds will be donated to Grand Lodge of Illinois charities.
$125 per 3-man team. Minimum of one Mason per team. Staggered turn-in times for three categories: Turkey Breast, Chuck Roast, and Pork Butt.
If you have any room in your stomach after spending the day trying everyone's food, there will be a BBQ family dinner at 6:00 P.M. Bring a side or dessert, and drinks.
