We can’t wait to bring So Last Century’s Winter Vintage Market at the Mansion back to Beckenham Place Park this December, with a festive event spread over two days!On Saturday and Sunday there’ll be a great collection of 40 of the best vintage traders, inside and outside the Mansion. You can expect to find mid-century decor, lighting, furniture, ceramics and glass, homeware, books, records, prints, antique maps and charts, brocante, salvage, vintage designer clothes, accessories and lots more.
There’ll be mouth-watering street food and brownies outside, and the excellent Mansion Bar & Cafe will be open too, serving mulled wine and hot drinks.
Several of the Mansion’s resident artists will have their studios open at the weekend, and on Sunday, the wonderful Beckenham Place Park Food and Farmer’s Market will be joining us.
Call in to KnowHowYou Sewing School on the Ground Floor of the Mansion and see the various classes and courses they have to offer. And don’t forget to have a rummage in the Verso Vintage shop in the basement
So put on your warmest coat and come along on Saturday or Sunday for lots of Christmas present inspiration, and an abundance of unusual and unique things to buy. Enjoy the beautiful park while you’re there!

We strongly recommend using public transport and/or walking, or cycling, to the market if at all possible, as parking is very limited.

Car:
The car park has limited spaces. Parking charges are expensive and complex, based on the emissions of your engine. Paying to park is now cashless and by the PayByPhone app only. If you still prefer to arrive by car we advise avoiding the busiest period (11am-2pm). Note that vehicle entry is only via the Beckenham Hill Road entrance (Sat Nav: BR3 1SY) opposite the Church of St Augustine. If your GPS takes you elsewhere, try SE6 3PU instead
Consider using St George’s Road car park, near to Beckenham Junction Station - it's 90p/hr (free on Sunday) and just a 12 minute walk to the Market. Alternatively, there’s on-street parking close to the Downham entrance on Old Bromley Road (Sat Nav: BR1 4LE) and near to Ravensbourne Station, (Sat Nav: BR3 5HE). Please respect local residents and other road users, and park considerately. The Mansion is an enjoyable 15 minute stroll across the Park from both these entrances.
The nearest cashpoint is at Waitrose near Beckenham Junction Station, a 12 minute walk away.
