Hot on the heels of our Easter event, Vintage Market at the Mansion is back at Beckenham Place Park on May Bank Holiday.The Mansion, Beckenham Place Park, London BR3 1SY

If you’ve been before, you’ll know the Market hosts around 50 of the best vintage traders you’ll find anywhere. Many are London-based, but some travel long distances to be here.
In and outside the Mansion you’ll find mid 20th century and vintage furniture, lighting and interior decoration, homeware, original posters, prints, antique maps and charts, books, records, French brocante, salvage, vintage clothes, and more.
Most traders take card payments, and will deliver locally if you want to buy something big, like an armchair!
There’ll be delicious street food outside, including tasty burritos, tacos and quesadillas by Route 66, irresistible savoury and sweet crepes by Sarrasin mouthwatering bao buns by You Bao, freshly cooked fish and chips from FishMyChips great coffee by Beats & Grind and amazing brownies by Slate ‘n’ Crumb.
In addition, the excellent Mansion Bar and Cafe will be serving draft beer, hot and cold drinks, and snacks.
Our resident Market band, the fantastic Alvar Treefrogs, will be joining us again, busking with New Orleans jazz on the grass at the back of the Mansion.
Say hello to our friends KnowHowYou sewing school on the Ground Floor of the Mansion and check out the various classes and courses they have to offer, have a browse in Verso Vintage shop and visit the artists studios of Sophia Lyons, Maria Rado and others on the first and lower ground floors
So, come along on the May Bank Holiday and find loads of unusual things to buy, explore the mansion and enjoy the beautiful park while you’re there!

Step-free entrance, and level access throughout the ground floor rooms. Dogs welcome indoors.
Getting there:
We recommend using public transport and/or walking, or cycling to the market if at all possible, as parking facilities are limited and expensive.

By train:
Beckenham Hill Station – 8mins walk
Beckenham Junction Station – 12mins
Ravensbourne Station – 15mins
New Beckenham Station – 19mins
By bus:

By car:
The car park has a limited number of spaces. Paying to park is by the PayByPhone app only and based on the emissions of your vehicle. If you still prefer to arrive by car we advise avoiding the busiest period (11am-2pm). Note that vehicle entry is only via the Beckenham Hill Road entrance (Sat Nav: BR3 1SY) opposite the Church of St Augustine.
The St George’s Road car park, near to Beckenham Junction Station, is cheaper and just a 12 minute walk away. Alternatively, there’s some on-street parking close to the Downham entrance on Old Bromley Road (Sat Nav: BR1 4LE) and near to Ravensbourne Station, (Sat Nav: BR3 5HE). Please respect local residents and other road users, and park considerately. The Mansion is an enjoyable 15 minute stroll across the Park from both these entrances.
