Ticket Information:
Tickets are $25 and are available now on Eventbrite.
Must be 21 years or older to attend.
Cashless Event: All purchases (food, drinks, auction) must be made by card—no cash accepted.

Art Auction Rules:
Viewing the Art: All art pieces will be displayed at the event with a corresponding numbered clipboard beside each piece.
How to Bid: Use the pen provided to write your bid on the clipboard next to your chosen artwork. All bids start at $75. You may increase the bid by any amount, but please write clearly.
Bidding Deadline: Bidding closes at 11:00 PM. No bids will be accepted after this time.
Winning the Art: At 11:00 PM, clipboards will be collected. The highest bidder for each piece will be determined. By 11:30 PM, the highest bidder will receive a text message instructing them to meet the staff in the back office to process and confirm payment to the artist.
Payment Process: Payment must be made via Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo.
Art Pickup: Art can be picked up at midnight after the event concludes or arranged for next-day delivery by the staff.
Important Note: Bidders must be present and reachable via the phone number provided. If the highest bidder does not respond by 11:30 PM, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
