SNUBBED… a Musical Theatre CabaretA celebration of the shows that almost won it all.
SNUBBED… a Musical Theatre Cabaret shines a spotlight on Broadway musicals that were nominated for the Tony Award for Best Musical, but didn’t take home the win. These shows may have been overlooked by voters, but their scores, stories, and performances live on as some of the most beloved and powerful moments in musical theatre history.
As we get closer to the performance, we’ll be sharing specific musicals that could be featured in the cabaret, expect a mix of iconic favorites and hidden gems.
AUDITION INFORMATION
Sunday, February 15
2:00–5:00 PM
Naperville Central High School – Community Room
No appointments necessary- (please email if you are not familiar with this location for more information)
What to Prepare:
• Please sing a 16–32 bar cut of a song from a musical that fits the theme (a Best Musical nominee that did not win).
• An accompanist will be provided.
Rehearsals will be held weekly, scheduled based on cast availability.
