About this Event

This is a drop in session open to all organisations and voluntary groups in Carmarthenshire to meet the team to find out more about the free SNPTCAN Referral System and how it can benefit you and your service users.

SNPTCAN allows organisations to make warm referrals to each other, which can help prevent duplication of work, assist the client quicker, and to promote partnership working. It is based at Swansea University.

We have been operating in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot for the last 18 months, and have over 80 different organisations currently using the referral system to assist their clients. Our current funding from Welsh Government now covers Carmarthenshire organisations.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue, and refreshments are provided.
