Every January, Banff and Lake Louise come alive with the vibrant SnowDays Festival 2025. The streets of downtown Banff transform into a winter wonderland, showcasing larger-than-life snow sculptures, while Lake Louise dazzles with its stunning ice sculptures during Ice Magic.
The thrill of skijoring electrifies the atmosphere, with excited onlookers lining Banff Avenue to catch the action. Don’t miss the lively Play Zone, Bear Street Hub, and evenings at SnowNights where even more exciting experiences await.
Where you can attend an exciting, family-friendly weekend and also enjoy hands-on crafts, wild science workshops, and enchanting performers. Marvel at live ice carving and snow sculptures, or let the kids try their hand at ice carving with Little Chippers. You can also meet sled dogs, snap pics at the photo booth, and try your hand at some exciting games and activities.
Don’t miss this winter wonderland full of creativity and fun for all ages over three days. Add some more adventure to your weekend by visiting the SnowDays Play Zone in Central Park for even more activities. The zone features fat biking, games, snow sculptures, and entertainment that will keep the fun rolling.
