Join us for a nurturing evening under the energy of the Full Snow Moon — a time for rest, reflection, and intentional release.

This extended 90 minute experience includes:

• Gentle, grounding yoga flow

This practice is intention-based, grounded in mindfulness and personal reflection. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required. You’re invited to take what resonates and leave the rest.
