Snow Moon Sunday Sanctuary - A Deeply Restorative Afternoon of Yoga & Sound��Join us for a nourishing winter afternoon, dedicated to release and restoration under the energy of the coming Snow Moon. We’ll be finished by 4pm, so you can head home feeling renewed before dusk.

1:30 PM - Arrival & Centring
1:40 PM - Gentle Breath & Warm-Up
1:55 PM - Lunar themed slow flow
2:45 PM - Immersive Guided Sound healing session (55 mins)
3:40 PM - Integration & Reflective Journaling
3:50 PM - Brief Sharing Circle
We end at 4:00 PM — the perfect self care Sunday treat��
Spaces are intentionally limited to honour the depth of the sound journey.

� A blanket, pillow, or anything to help you surrender to those blissful tones
� Cosy layers (body temp can drop in deep relaxation)
