About this Event

🌕 Snow Hare Full Moon Women’s Circle

A Gathering of Rest, Ritual & Winter Wisdom

The February Full Moon is known as the Snow Moon, and its animal guide is the Snow Hare — a symbol of sensitivity, intuition, and gentle adaptability.

Under this Full Moon, we gather to slow down and listen.

The Snow Hare teaches us how to remain alert without urgency, how to rest without collapse, and how to trust the quiet intelligence of the body. This is a moon that invites us inward — into stillness, softness, and nervous-system nourishment.

This women’s circle offers a gentle, held space to honour winter’s wisdom and reconnect with ourselves through embodied, restorative practices.

Together we will move slowly and intentionally through:

  • grounding ritual and intention-setting
  • gentle, nervous-system-led movement
  • sound and rest to support deep regulation
  • moments of quiet reflection and shared presence

This is not a space to push, perform, or process intensely.
It is a space to soften, to listen, and to allow clarity to arrive in its own time.

The Snow Hare reminds us that sensitivity is not weakness — it is wisdom.
That rest is an act of trust.
And that what is quietly forming beneath the surface deserves care and protection.

You are warmly invited to come exactly as you are and be held by the rhythm of the season.

A bit about your hosts:

Event Photos

Clare is a visionary yoga teacher, retreat leader, sound healer, and founder of Wild With Clare and The Quaives Retreat Centre. Her path has been one of constant exploration — from studying Environmental Science and traveling around the world, to creating a thriving yoga business in London and establishing a sanctuary for transformation in the Kent countryside.

For over 14 years, Clare has woven together the disciplines of yoga, Ayurveda, sound healing, feminine embodiment, and cyclical living into experiences that honour the rhythms of both nature and the body. Her teachings are grounded in real life — informed by motherhood, healing, and rebirth — and infused with a deep reverence for beauty, ritual, and the wisdom of the earth.

Through Wild With Clare, she now curates retreats, circles, and trainings that invite women to explore both inner landscapes and outer adventures. Her work is guided by the belief that we thrive in flow, not force, and that healing happens when we remember our connection to the wild — within and without.

Clare's intention in holding these healing events for women is to provide a space where women;

  • share and revive the lost sacred feminine wisdom by bringing it forth into their everyday lives with courage and curiosity, empowering their friends and future generations to do the same.
  • are celebreated for the golorious creatures they are and feel supported to explore the truth behind their feelings, emotions and desires so they can better express these in the wider world, work and relationships.
  • find amazing deep lasting connections with other powerful women and feel supported by this beautiful network to make lasting positive changes that will increase their happiness, fulfilment and self-realisation.

In all of her work Clare offers a safe, compassionate and supportive space for others to gain knowledge and become more confident in their bodies and life choices.
