Join the Recreation & Community Services Department for the annual Snow Festival at the Arcadia Community Center. Free activities including snow play, sledding, holiday crafts, face painting, games, and photobooth will be available from 9am-2pm. A free parking shuttle service will be available at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center beginning at 7:45am.
