Find your inner beast with this personal challenge! Walk / run / swim / cycle / or "work-out” a MARATHON in February. Sign up for this fitness-style marathon and complete it at your own pace over 28 days, February 1 thru February 28. YOU choose when and where you do your miles and how many a day -- anytime and anywhere! (Even virtually!)
Mementos and/or shirts will be given to all who complete the SNOW BEAST Challenge!
SELECT UP TO 3 OPTIONS or the Ironman Challenge:
❑ Swim • 2.6 miles (32 laps = 1 mile), 5 miles (160 laps) OR 10 miles (320 laps)
❑ Run or Walk • 26.2 miles
❑ Elliptical or NuStep • 26.2 miles (1,584 strides = 1 mile)
❑ Cycle • 131.1 miles or 262.2 miles
❑ Fitness Classes • 28 classes in 28 days
❑ Ironman • 112 miles bike & 26.2 miles run & 2.4 miles swim
