Snow and Ice Control RoundtableCome participate in a roundtable discussion on Snow and Ice Control and find out what your peers are doing in their local agencies. How are they managing labor, equipment builds, materials and rates. How do they predict when to call in drivers, what types of materials are they using, and if they use remote sites. Do they use liquids and are they pretreating. Are they using live floors, augers at the tailgate and liquids at the spinner, or sprayed on the load. Are they using AVL’s, dashcams, and material tracking software. What type of backup driver program do they have, shift differential, overtime policies and length of shifts. Here’s your opportunity to explain what you do and share lessons about what worked and what did not. Learn from others and get new ideas for your operation before the snow flies.
