Every participant must read the following terms and conditions before booking for the trip
On trip day, registered participants will be provided with the copy of terms and conditions and they will have to sign them before departure. (Mandatory)
1. All members must give the Advance amount before registration closing date at given account numbers or easy paisa.
2. There is only one pickup point for stay trip, no pickups in between the destination. 10 minutes is the relaxation Time, after that we will leave for the trip.
3. The members should give respect to the driver, and no one is allowed to directly coordinate with them. In any case members must talk to the admins.
4. The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
5. Using drugs or the sale/purchase of any kind of drug strictly prohibited. If anyone found in any such activity, he/she will be expelled from the trip on the very spot without any refund.
6. Loose behavior, Indecency to kids and families, abuse, assault is strictly prohibited.
7. All members would give extra care for the local environmental care.
8. The host reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
9. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
10. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
11. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
12. During the trip, the time may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts (Roads blocked or else).In such situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
