Join us on Sunday 14th September 2025 at 3pm for our combined Harvest Festival and annual celebration of the Trust’s work. This is the time of the year when the Trust comes together with the local community to breathe life into the only redundant church on Romney Marsh through song and offerings of thanks.
St. Augustine’s at Snave is now maintained entirely by the Romney Marsh Historic Churches Trust. We would love to see a great many members and friends there in celebration; to bring this beautiful church, once nearly lost, back to life again.
Please join us to fill the pews at Snave on Sunday. The service follows the format of Choral Evensong; a combined Harvest Festival and annual celebration of the Trust’s work, with a choir organised by RMHCT Council Member Nick Hudd.
All are welcome - a wonderful opportunity to introduce friends and family to the beauty and history of the Romney Marsh churches.
Location: The church is at the end of a narrow track off Ashford Road (TN26 2QJ) - look out for the red box box and sign at the top of the track.
Please note this church has no facilities of any sort.
