This is the Paulo Rubio method so expect a lot of ecological dynamics, paired objectives & competitive energy.
All done in a safe & fun way.
Most people just want to learn cool techniques they can show others & shy away from training in a way that enables them to actually use what they learn.
Gamification done correctly allows you quickly hone your skills & learn what works for you & what doesn’t in a fun way.

We will finish the day with optional friendly sparring & some situational RBSD sparring.
You pick who you want to spar.
You chose the rules.
You chose the intensity 25/50/75%
You chose the weapons.
You chose how long the round is.
No pressure, no ego, just good friendly fun.
Protective equipment will be provided & everyone is encouraged to have a go at sparring.
