The lifts:
2.25" crusher by Far Bastard Barbell Company
2" Saxon by Arm Assassin
Appolon Axle by Ironmind
This lifts will be last man standing and scored for points.
And the last lift will be The Pretzel Rod lift! The Pretzel Rod is a specially made implement by Nemesis Grips just for the Snacktown Squeeze Fest and will be separate from the main lifts. The best pound for pound lift of The Pretzel Rod will walk away with the implement and a special prize.
Awards for top overall male and female and depending on the amount of lifters we will have weight class awards.
Tentatively October 6th at Strength United Crossfit Gym in beautiful Hanover PA.
