Join us for the ninth annual SMYAL for Summer, hosted by the SMYAL Young Donors Committee!We will be on the beautiful rooftop of Union Market at Hi-Lawn while enjoying beverages and raising the money needed to support our community’s LGBTQ youth.
Additionally, the outstanding 2021 winners of SMYAL's LGBT Youth Leadership Award will be presented with their scholarships.
As a DC-based organization dedicated exclusively to serving the needs of LGBTQ youth across the DMV area, SMYAL empowers the next generation of leaders. This celebration will recognize our community's work on behalf of the region's youth and connect you to SMYAL in new ways through opportunities to engage and support its programs and initiatives.

This is our first resumed in-person community supporters event. Please note that as this is an in-person event, we will be following all regulations and guidelines for events as determined by the DC government:
-Vaccinations are encouraged for all attendees.
-We welcome vaccinated attendees to wear masks based on individual comfort levels, but they are not required.
-Masks are required for unvaccinated attendees.
-Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
-If you are sick or show any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the event.
