Get ready to cleanse your space with the ancient practice of smudging! We will go over the ins and outs of smudging, including what it is, how often to do it. We'll not only cover different typse of herbs / resins to use when you smudge but, you'll also create your own custom blend to smudge at home! I will have 15+ different herbs & resins to choose from along with charcoal disks to get you started!Are you sensitive to smoke? Have no fear, we'll also discuss alternatives to smoke smudge such as singing bowls, drums and my personal favorite, essential oils that can be used as a smudge spray!
Options will be available for your take home items, that will include a resin/herb blend for smoke smudge, an essential oil smudge spray, or you can request to take home one of each for an additional charge.
