Don’t put those jack-o-lanterns or Halloween costumes away just yet. Upper Sandusky Community Library is throwing a S’more Party & Pumpkin Glow at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30 in the library’s front yard. Tour the Pumpkin Glow, make s’mores, and drink hot chocolate or cider before the start of the Halloween parade. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
