Runners and walkers of all experience levels and humans of all diets are invited to enjoy a few friendly miles and a plant-powered refuel after at the location of Pure Raw Juice in Hampden @ The Rotunda:~ Parking: Plenty of free parking in the lot (look for signs for 2 hour vs 45 minute parking) OR in the covered parking lot (first 4 hours are FREEE!)
~ Meet at 8:00am in front of Pure Raw Juice
~ We'll head out and up either Roland Ave or Stony Run trail (1-6 miles). Route will be posted in the event
~ When you get back, order your smoothie and head to the courtyard to hang out!
