This is the 3rd year in a row that we have hosted a winter hiking trip to the Smokies. This year, we are making it an all-inclusive trip. One fee of $450 for everything except transportation & dinner each night. This is a steal!
Plus, we will be staying in a cabin with a full kitchen & all the amenities you would want in a mountain cabin stay.

Deposit: $200 at time of Registration
Final Payment: $250 by Dec. 1st

Thursday, Jan 9th
5pm - Arrive at Cabin (Transportation not included - Flexible time on arrival due to different travel times.)
6pm - Dinner on your own (in town or use our kitchen to prepare your own)
8pm - Cozy Night-In Fun (Campfire, Games, & Finger Foods - Bring Your Own Adult Beverages)
Friday, Jan 10th
9 am - Breakfast Bar
10 am - Caravan/Carpool to Hike Destination
11am - Hike* (sack or picnic lunch provided)
3 pm - Travel Back to Cabin
6 pm - Dinner on your own (in town or use our kitchen to prepare your own)
8 pm - Cozy Campfire Stories - History & Haunts of the Smokies
Saturday, Jan 11th
9am - Breakfast Bar
10 am - Caravan/Carpool to Hike Destination
11 am - Hike* (sack or picnic lunch provided)
3 pm - Return to Cabin
6 pm - Dinner On Your Own (in town or use our kitchen to prepare your own)
8 pm - Cozy Campfire Talks - Various Topics from Hiker Safety, Femal Hiker Issues, & Much More
Sunday, Jan 12th
9 am - Breakfast Bar
11 am - Departure
(Some may choose to head to town for a late Brunch and/or Shopping on your own or as a group)
REFUND POLICY: Deposit is non-refundable. Partial Refund minus deposit until Dec 1st. No refund after Dec 1st. Under certain circumstances and with enough notice, your registration fee (minus the $200) deposit may be transferred to a future event or another participant.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: All of the hiking we do will be beginner friendly. We will take our time and meander along some of the most amazing trails in Eastern Tennessee. We will move as slowly as needed to accommodate all hikers. These will NOT be fast hikes, and we will NOT be doing over 5 miles per hike.
NOT INCLUDED IN FEE:
- Transportation to and from Sevier Co., Tennessee.
- Snacks
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Drinks (We will keep some items on hand, but if you want anything specific, please bring it with you.)
- Dinner Thursday, Friday, & Saturday night (instead you will have an allotted time to have dinner in town or use our kitchen to prepare your own).
- Transporation to Trail Heads & Around Town (We will get into the least number of vehicles we can and caravan to the trailhead for hiking. If you don't mind volunteering to drive, those in your car will be asked to chip in for gas if you wish.)
ACCOMODATIONS:
We will be staying in a cabin in the area of Sevier County, Tennessee. Exact location and details will be disclosed after the registration deadline. Beds will be King (double occupancy) or Bunk Bed (top or bottom) and will be assigned at random, unless you ask to be roomed with another person.
PACKING LIST: Disclosed upon registration deadline, but it will just be your basic day hiking backpack, sturdy shoes, snacks, layers of moisture wicking clothes for hiking, and cozy comfy clothes for hanging at the cabin.
