By joining us as a judge, you play a pivotal role in spreading the love, flavours, and wisdom of American Low 'n Slow BBQ throughout Perth. What's more, you'll be contributing to a meaningful cause by helping us raise vital funds for Lifeline WA, all while ensuring our BBQ teams get the justice they deserve at the judge's table.
Here's the juicy details:
Judging Registration: To secure your spot at the judging table, please complete the application form below in its entirety. Our Smokin' team can't wait to welcome you and keep you informed about all the exciting updates.
Administration Fee: A nominal $50 administration fee is required from all judges. This fee grants you the privilege to evaluate teams in our Full KCBS Masters competition.
Judging Schedule: Be sure to register your attendance in person at Swan Settlers Market, on Sunday, 5th May, at 9:30 am sharp.
The star attractions on your judging plate:
Chicken: Turned in at 12 pm
Pork Ribs: Turned in at 12:30 pm
Pork: Turned in at 1 pm
Brisket: Turned in at 1:30 pm
Judges Dismissed at 2:00 pm
Team Presentations at 3:30 pm
