We will have our red trailer parked at the Lawton Farmer’s Market EVERY Saturday serving BBQ brunch! (Market is closed on 5/10 and 12/27 this year)
⭐️We will be serving our regular smokie menu:
🔥- Brisket or Pulled pork Sandwiches
🔥-Meals
🔥-Smoked Meats
(Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Beef Sausage)
🔥-Sides
(Smoked buttered Corn on a Cob, Smoked Baked Beans, Potato Salad, & cole slaw)
+ breads, drinks and desserts.
🔥We will also choose an item or two to serve from the rotating special menu.
We begin to serve at 8am but sell out within the first few hours.
We are doing our best to increase our cooking capacity to keep up with the demand for our craft smoked meats.
Due to the high demand, we aren’t able to accept any preorders.
We do offer catering options for a minimum of 15 people.
