Smokewood Institute - Writers Workshop (day camp)

This writing-immersive experience is provided by college professors who teach creative writing. We also coordinate with the Red Earth MFA program, the Center for Interpersonal Studies in Film and Literature and campus or community arts events. In this hands-on academy, writers will compose in a variety of genres, developing their creative writing technique as well as a personal writing process for completing larger projects. The week culminates in a presentation and public reading of student work. This event is open to family and friends.
