I'll be walking every Thursday morning, after teaching the Core X Curves class at Beaufort Fitness, and I want YOU to join me! Enivision us, taking a walk outside, soaking in the sounds of Beaufort, and just breathing it all in while getting that step counter where it needs to be. Strollers & pups welcome!!
It’s a win-win… and who doesn’t love a little accountability?!
The route will be from the studio down to the waterfront and back.

Decription: Designed to strengthen and tone the "hourglass" areas of the body. Participants will engage in exercises targeting the back, shoulders, legs, glutes, and abdominal muscles.. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available.
Walk Info: Meet at Beaufort Fitness at 9am-9:30, wear walking shoes.
