Get the smokers ready! HP promotions will be hosting a BBQ smoke off May 17th
Open to anyone, no entry fee.
Two categories to pick from,
Ribs, (beef or pork) and wings
You can pick whatever you’d prefer or do all three.
Arrival/smoker set up time will be whenever needed to have food prepared by 5:30 to be served.
Taste testing and voting will start at 5:30pm
$10/ plate all you can eat( $8 will go towards payout for the competitors, $2 to cover event expenses) sides will be provided also.
Top two in each category will be paid out.
