On Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 Gabriel Richard Park will transform into a world class cigar festival with the 5th Annual Smoke on the River presented by the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.
This event will feature 20+ premium cigars, cigar brand ambassadors, exhibits from 10+ top cigar manufacturers, specialty cocktails, delicious food and live music with the proceeds benefiting the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy.
