You can also pick up an application in person Monday through Saturday from 9am-4pm at our farm stand or office. Tables are $35/each and we accept cash, card or check. If you wish to apply remotely, please email us your completed application to [email protected] and then call 708-758-3838 to submit credit card payment over the phone.
Please be aware of scammers. The only way to apply for this event is through Smits Farms directly!
