About this Event
As you know the Library of Mistakes looks at the grand arc of economic activity over many centuries and we encourage the consideration of thinkers from the past to seek their relevance today. And since we’re based in Edinburgh, the birthplace of Adam Smith, it’s both an honour and a pleasure to always cast new light on his work, and thus I'm delighted to invite you to a presentation considering his book The Theory of Moral Sentiments and its relevance to the world we live in now.
Smith’s Theory of Moral Sentiments in today's world, with Jesse Norman (in association with Reform Scotland) — 23 October, 6:30 pm, at the Library of Mistakes.
