SMASHDOWN AT SCARS - MARCH 2024

You're invited to our next Scars Smashdown Monthly being held at the shop on Sunday, March 31st at 6:30PM. This event is tailored to friends and family of the shop that want to get better or even pick up the game for the first time!

• THIS IS NOT A TOURNAMENT, but a friendly, semi-competitive community event
• LIMITED CAPACITY - This is an event open to up to twenty-five (25) players

• BYOC (Bring Your Own Controller) - There is no guarantee additional controllers will be available on-site
• Three (3) Nintendo Switch setups with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be on-site with all DLC characters and Gamecube Adapters
• Refreshments will be available

Three setups will be available designed to help you improve your game:

• Practice with your main or pick up a new character
• Items are OFF, so you’ll learn to make the most of your character’s moveset

• Work on team chemistry with others
• Team Attack is ON, so you’ll learn to control your spacing and being overly aggressive

• Check-in with shop staff to get in queue for the setup you prefer (1v1 or 2v2 Friendlies)
• Staff will put you in queue for your preferred setup
• All matches are Best of 3 to ensure you get at least 2 matches per set
• All players will unplug after their set regardless of who wins or loses to accommodate the queue
• Callouts (scheduled 1v1s) are encouraged to challenge yourself and learn new matchups

Can't make it to this one? No worries! We are designating a Sunday of every month as the Smashdown Monthly with new formats (tournaments, themes, etc) and rotating raffle prizes. Follow us for the latest news and announcements.
