If you are joining us in person then you'll find us in the conference room in Lawn Manor Academy, just off their main reception. There is parking available in their school car parks off Salcome Drive.
A complete agenda will be sent out with our papers but the loose timings are:

6.15-7.15 - Welcome from our Chair, Chris Etheridge, and our report on the year that's been, including contributions from our wonderful young people
7.15-7.30 - AGM business and concluding remarks
