This 6-week series, available in-person or on-demand, is designed to help participants build a solid foundation for their ideation or early-stage business. All sessions are mandatory to complete the program.

By the end of the program, participants will have:
- Created a detailed industry analysis and competitor assessment
- Outlined their customer persona(s)
- Developed a lean model canvas and elevator pitch
- Created an investment pitch deck
- Established the foundation for a comprehensive business plan
