The course covers bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills and crash avoidance techniques, and includes a student manual. This fast-paced course prepares cyclists for a full understanding of bicycle driving.
Must be 16 years or older to participate. Smart Cycling is a ten-hour two-day course.This class meets at the BikeMN one Friday from 6-9 p.m. and the following Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
T here is a hybrid option for this training. Participants have the option to join virtually on Friday and in person on Saturday. If you are interested in the hybrid option email [email protected] to receive more information.
F or Saturday bring your bicycle, helmet, snacks/lunch, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and for weather.
